ENRICH in the USA Smart City-Focused Tour

ENRICH in the USA (H2020 project) is launching a Smart City-Focused Tour in Dallas, Texas, that allows smart city stakeholders to connect to early adopters, and/or to find an ideal US demonstration site for relevant solutions in urban IoT infrastructure serving massive populations. In the framework of the FILEX France forum, that took place on September 12 & 13 in Paris (France), France Clusters, in partnership with EIFFAGE Construction, Banque Populaire-NEXT'INNOV, and AG2R LA MONDIALE awarded three Cluster Trophies. Those trophies promoted clusters and member companies who carried out outstanding innovative projects and experiments in three different categories: innovation site, innovative path to growth and community involvement.

Over 1000 people took part in the Regional and Economic Diplomacy Summit 2019. At the invitation of the Polish Ministry of Enterprise and Technology, representatives of national, regional and local governments, business and science from all over the world came to Warsaw to discuss about new approaches for development through economic diplomacy. It was the first such event and on such a scale in this area of Europe.

In June 2019, Compete Caribbean closed a competition for clusters projects across the region, which received 42 applications. Following a thorough, systematic and difficult evaluation process, as well as a pitch presentation before an independent panel of judges on July 26, 2019, 6 proposals were selected to move on to the next phase of cluster development plan:
