Intellectual Property (IP) and patents are the most important asset for any research and technology based enterprise, such as SMEs.
On 8 June at 10am CEST, the India SME Helpdesk will host a webinar focused on:
- Patent drafting;
- Global filing;
- National prosecution of valid and enforceable patents in India;
- Data and strategy.
SMEs that are expanding their markets to India will benefit from practical advice on patenting strategies and steps. In addition, SMEs operating in the biotech and other related sectors, such as pharma or microbiology, will also gain insight into some of the specificities to be taken into account when patenting in India.
