TANDEM is a collaborative platform and an inter-cluster mentoring tool launched by the organisation France Clusters to boost clusters' projects and to promote synergies between them. The main objective of TANDEM is to create a space for sharing best practices to guide cluster efforts to thrive. This includes exchange of tools, methods and key success factors. The main beneficiares are the cluster members of France Clusters. In this platform, clusters ask questions related to differet aspects of their work and counterparts within the France Clusters community having experienced a similar situation are expected to share their experience, and accompany other clusters in solving their issues. The main success factor of TANDEM is the creation of a cluster community based on trust and confidentiality.
