Its aims are: to provide intelligence; provide free online courses of IT and digitalisation for SMEs; build networks; conduct a national cloud solution marketplace for SMEs with government subsidy; organise the cluster supporting groups of digital transformation based on different industries; provide business support services; organise IT service expert team for SMEs. Clusters are key actors to deliver these services.
