The Smart Specialisation Strategy Serbia focuses on R&D in the following areas: food for future, information and communications technologies, future machines and manufacturing processes, creative industries, key enabling technologies (KET) and emerging technologies, energy efficient and eco-smart solutions. The strategy also refers to cluster activities and programs, such as: (1) implementation of annual programmes of support for joining supplier chains (2) continuous diagnostics of business performance of support programme users and development of related improvement plans and implementation of improvement plans for the establishment and expansion of cooperation with Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development (3) continuous holding of “Supplier Days” and holding of B2B meetings (4) presentation of standards for international operations to companies.
