ESECA and AEWEN are two European cluster partnerships organizing a joint business mission to Senegal from July 3rd to July 7th. This mission aims to intensify business network collaboration among European companies in the energy and water sectors with Senegalese companies.
On July 4th, ESECA and AEWEN invite Senegalese energy and water sectors stakeholders (institutionals, academics, companies,...) to take part in a conference to introduce the senegalese energy and water sectors to a delegation of 24 European companies.

European Sustainable Energy Cluster Partnership for Africa (ESECA) is a partnership formed by five European clusters (ACE, MEDEE, LE2C, MetaIndustry4 and ECPE) from Spain, France, Italy and Germany. The main objective of ESECA is to support European SMEs from the renewable energy and smart grids sectors in their internationalisation strategy towards Sub-Saharan African markets (Senegal, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda).

Africa Europe Water and Energy Network (AEWEN) is a partnership formed by four European clusters (Tenerrdis, TWEED, CLEVER and CWP) from France, Belgium, Italy and Spain. The project aims to develop and implement a joint strategy for the internationalisation of SMEs and to create a network of actors in the water and energy sectors between Europe, Morocco, Tunisia and Senegal.
