The Roadmap for Transformation Towards Circular Economy is one of the strategic projects of the Strategy for Responsible Development. It is a new economic concept in which products, materials and raw materials are to remain in the economy as long as possible and waste generation should be minimized. The document approved in September 2018 contains a set of legislative and non-legislative tools that, once implemented by the Polish administration, should contribute to the introduction of the circular economy model in Poland. The document determines a plan of formulating guidelines for increasing the role of circular economy in clusters in years 2020-21. Main beneficiaries: SMEs and clusters. Success factor: implementation, monitoring and financing of circular economy based on SMEs and clusters.
