The Effizienz-Agentur of North Rhine-Westphalia (EFA NRW) provides advice on resource-efficient business practices in the areas of production, product design, maintenance, cost accounting, CO2 balancing and the value chain.

As part of the initial consultation, EFA experts look into company processes together with staff and identify initial areas for potential improvement. After completion of this first-round consultation, the company receives a list of recognised resource efficiency recommendations and actions - how to make the company’s products and processes even more efficient, thereby reducing costs and environmental and climate impacts. 

Follow-up analysis helps the company decide whethe detailed consultation is needed. EFA’s experts help companies find the most efficient way of financing concrete measures.
