Description of measure

The PSPC-Regions is an investment programme co-financed by the French government and the regions in the framework of Phase IV of the Competititiveness Cluster Policy. It is part of the broader 'Investment for the Future' Programme (PIA). Its objective is to support collaborative R&D projects developed by companies (including SMEs) and research/academia. Projects supported by one or several cluster organisations benefit from a higher support rate (20% to 50%) in the form of grant or recuperable advance. The main success factor of this measure is that it is developped jointly by the State and the regions, allowing the regions to put in place their own support modalities depending on their needs and specific regional context.
