Prodrive Learning is a Dutch SME offering mainly online training for companies to promote safe and fuel-efficient driving practices. The e-learning approach is based on measuring, training and motivating staff. 

The programme starts by measuring current driving efficiency by recording fuel tank data over 12 months. Pariticpants are encouraged to define personalised targets for improvement and they receive customised training depending on the vehicle they drive (delivery vans, passenger cars, etc.) and the fuel and transmission type (petrol, diesel, electric, hybrid, automatic, manual). Seasonal tips are also included. Training includes instructional videos, games and quizzes to provide content in a concise and exciting way.

Tracking and management systems offer reminders and follow the results achieved. An internal competition (gaming) app also helps to motivate drivers as they complete modules and participate in more challenges. The ranking is then presented to all participants by e-mail once a month.
