The Horizon 2020-INNOSUP-1 project DigiCirc has published its second open call.

Fifteen consortia, composed of at least two SMEs, will be selected to develop innovative solutions addressing blue economy challenges.

The selected consortia will get direct funding of up to €20,000 and integrate an intensive and innovative twelve-week-long innovation support programme.

The programme will be delivered in two phases:

• Developing a business plan and adapting a solution for the targeted area;
• Demonstrating solutions in a relevant environment and shaping a commercial strategy.

At the end of the accelerator programme, five consortia will be selected to receive further funding of €100,000. They will have up to six months to develop their prototype.

The deadline for this call is extended to 8 September 17:00 CEST.

DigiCirc will publish a third and final call in September, addressing bio-economy. SMEs from all EU Members States and H2020 associated countries are eligible to apply.
