Description of measure
The MSE-CDP aims to support the development of clusters of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The programme develops measures for capacity building, skill development, technology upgradation of enterprises, improved credit delivery, marketing support, setting up of common facility centres, etc., based on diagnostic studies carried out in consultation with cluster units and their collectives and management of cluster-wide facilities by the cluster collectives.
