As targeted preparation for our trade mission to London at the end of April, we offer you an intensive 3-hour intercultural training course! In this virtual workshop, participants will gain insight into the “British way” of doing things as well as their own personal position on the ‘Culture Map’. It will enable you to navigate a variety of situations and be flexible in your intercultural interactions:
- A bit of ‘Culture Grammar’
- Who are ‘they’? Who am I? – differences and common ground
- Culture vs individual communication style
- The importance of values
- Business Etiquette

Bettina Andresen Guimarães , Speaker
Bettina Andresen Guimarães is a leadership and intercultural coach with an education in NLP-Resonance® (Practitioner | Master | Coach | Trainer), Corporate and Executive Coaching and Intercultural Communication. In her coaching and training practice, she shares 26 years of corporate experience in communication related roles – most recently on a global scale – with her clients, supporting them to achieve individual, authentic success in their respective professional positions. Passionate about languages, travelling and other cultures, the Austrian-born called Paris home for several years and now lives in the UK with her Portuguese husband. Having visited six out of seven continents, Bettina keeps travelling the world whenever she can.
