Discounted Office Supplies (DOS) is a family-owned company in the UK with a focus on customer service. Until recently, the company had PCs with old and slow Windows XP operating systems which were inefficient and lacked the latest tools for remote-working and network management.

DOS needed a one-stop solution to upgrade its IT and improve energy performance. The 'Green IT-in-a-Box' solution offered by local IT company, Managed IT Experts, offered a centralised, shared resource for all staff and eliminated the need to use and maintain individual work stations for each user.
