As part of the Euromed Clusters Forward project, the Online Academy dedicated to cluster managers and member companies in the MENA region was successfully held from May 10th to May 22nd, as well as on June 5th in partnership with TEAM Henri Fabre.

Participants from various member companies of the clusters benefited from interactive training sessions led by renowned experts on the theme of “How to build your development strategy as a MENA cluster”. Nathalie JARDINIER, Director of Project Strategy at TEAM Henri-Fabre, played an essential role in guiding the participants throughout the training.

The objective of this training was to enable participants to design a development strategy for their cluster using benchmarking, build an appropriate business model, and refine and implement their development plan. Participants had the opportunity to exchange best practices, share their experiences, and develop synergies with other industry stakeholders.

In the context of the ECF project activities, this academy played a key role in strengthening the clusters of participating countries by providing practical tools and specialized knowledge to address the specific challenges in their respective sectors. Participants acquired skills to develop a sectoral strategy, create an appropriate business model, and implement this strategy following a roadmap.

Future programs will be offered to continue strengthening the capacities of clusters and fostering their growth in these key sectors. Stay tuned!
