EEN EU webinar 9 march

Description

The EU Academy are hosting a webinar on 9 March (9:00am CET) to present existing Intellectual Property (IP) support for SMEs, as well as new support services developed under the recently adopted Intellectual Property Action Plan.

The webinar will aim to trigger discussions on how to optimise interaction between broader SME support services and those focussed on Intellectual Property. It will explore IP support starting from awareness and information, through to support for registration of IP rights, management and use of IP, IP as a lever for obtaining finance, and the enforcement of IP. This will include information on services for all EU SMEs, including those that participate in cross-border activities or are active in EU-funded research for public research organisations and/or higher education institutions.

The objective of the webinar is to provide an overview of the existing and upcoming intellectual property support for SMEs and to discuss how best business support and IP support can interact and cooperate.
