Members of the national food cluster participated in the Interreg program project “NovelBaltic”, the aim of which is to enhance the business potential of non-timber forest products by developing authenticity and quality demonstration methods for selected materials.

In the webinar, improved methods for quality and authenticity assessment of raw materials and their products will be presented. Learn about the methods that are available and can be utilized by enterprises to gain an advantage in the market. Discover the hidden opportunities of the Asian markets and the potential of feasible industrial refining methods. Listen to the interesting stories behind the companies working with natural products.
