Development voucher

The development voucher is a supporting measure for experimental research targeted to SMEs. The development voucher enables SMEs and small entrepreneurs to gain comprehensive knowledge on whether their development idea has the necessary potential for continuing the development process in other stages. Estimated budget expenditure range per year is between EUR 1-5 millions. Responsible organisations are Enterprise Estonia and Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. The objectives is to increase cooperation between SMEs/entrepreneurs and external innovation partners, among which clusters.
