About the Level Up project:

The Level Up project is aiming to empower the labor force of European SMEs in digital competencies, through the development and provision of short-term training courses. The Level Up project offers:

• A comprehensive range of over 100 high-quality and industry-focused training courses, catering to the specific needs of SMEs.
• These courses will be made available to an estimated 15,000 participants from 3,000 SMEs throughout the lifespan of the project.

The project has created and delivers a new pool of training courses based on the expertise knowledge and experience of the consortium training providers and account on the actual needs of the labor workforce. The labor market needs of emerging advanced digital skills were identified through comprehensive research in the partner countries. You can read the report here.

The training courses are customised to be relevant to different industry sectors, including the healthcare sector, finance, insurance, but also, agriculture-food, agritech, energy, manufacturing, and telecommunications sector.
