This tool aims to inspire businesses to incorporate environmental and social considerations into their core business model. It provides eight basic sustainability strategies categorised under technological, social and organisational themes with focus on resource efficiency aspects (in particular waste and material management). They include:

For each strategy, a specific business models are described and real life business cases provided (in total more than 100 case studies).
