Three new cluster services developed by UNIMOS for AgroBioCluster members!

Since April 2022, UNIMOS Foundation has been working on the development of three new cluster services to support members of AgroBioCluster in digital transformation, Industry 4.0 and Circular Economy within the project called AMPLIFICA and co-financed from the Mazovia Regional Government funds. The project was oriented on strengthening competitive position of the cluster on the market by expanding a catalogue of development services.

The process was divided into three stages. The first one – design of new services – was focused on gathering feedback from cluster members and partners in terms of prioritizing their needs, desired content and format. Series of interconnected Service Design Workshop for cluster management team were organized virtually and in-person using diverse tools and methods that included agile service design, value proposition and new media and digital tools.

As a result, a visualization roadmap for process of new services has been created as a basis for the next steps. The content creation was a second stage of the project and consisted in the development of content for new three services:
• Digital transformation
• Circular economy
• Industry 4.0

Taking into account the current AgroBioCluster’s European and regional projects, as well as feedback gathered from cluster members, the design of the services had an unique model of building blocks services.

The three new services have the following components:
• Strategy & new business models with examples of companies that implemented those models;
• Financing - R&D&I Funding Observatory – related to the structured format of monitoring and selecting financing opportunities that can serve as a funding lines for digital transformation, circular economy and Industry 4.0 development
• Compentences – linked with the skills and capabilities needed to create international consortia for Horizon Europe calls for proposals and examples of companies and organizations that successfully implement process of digital and circular transformation and Industry 4.0.

Having developed the content, UNIMOS Foundation proceed to its implementation with the aim to test the content, validate the services and gather feedback for further improvements. All three services have been implemented, promoted and validated during and after the Mazovia Development Forum – the biggest innovation and EU funds event in the Mazovia region that this year counted with the participation of international delegations from Spain, France and Netherlands that represent the innovation leaders in agri-food development.

AMPLIFICA project was financed from the Mazovia Regional Government funds.
