The Space Endeavour programme, launched in November 2019, was dedicated to discovering promising space technologies and finding founders, start-ups and SMEs who can take them to market across industries. The programme curated opportunities for start-ups, scale-ups and entrepreneurs to accelerate growth, access funding and find partners and space-tech enabled business opportunities.

The future of space is more and more digital and vice versa; space technologies are no longer addressing a niche market limited to defence and communications, but hold relevance across all sectors of the economy. In this context, the programme has witnessed exceptional results by the time of its completion, in December 2021, with more than 20 events organized, with the participation of more than 100 industry experts and 150 startups and SMEs from across Europe.

One of the key features in the Space Endeavour project was the IoT Tribe Acceleration programme for space tech startups: supported by mentors, as well as international knowledge leaders and expert speakers, the programme was tailored to each start-up’s specific profile, supporting them in developing the most reliable go-to-market strategies. 30 startups (from more than 10 different countries) joined the equity-free acceleration programme - meet the startups and discover some of the most promising space tech and IoT products and services here.

The project’s results were showcased in a final event, the Galactic Futures Summit, that took place in December 2021 in Madrid, bringing together international experts, investors and start-ups from the three cohorts included in the IoT Tribe Acceleration programme. An entire network of spacetech industry stakeholders has been consolidated within the project providing an excellent framework for continuing the initiatives developed during the programme in search for the next big breakthrough in the industry.
