Bydgoszcz Industrial Cluster - new member of ECP4!
Bydgoszcz Industrial Cluster has become new member of ECP4 - The European Composites, Plastics and Polymer Processing Platform!
ECP4 is an industry-driven platform that brings together top-level 26 European research institutions, regional plastic clusters and EU-level industrial organizations of plastics and composites converters from 13 countries.
The objectives of the platform are:
- To provide networking and collaboration among research institutions and the industry,
- To facilitate the access of the European plastics industry to EU research programs,
- To communicate on new technologies and their relevance for the plastics converters and the composites industry.
Membership in ECP4 facilitates access of the European plastics industry to EU research programs, thus enabling SME’s to innovate, gain competitiveness and fulfil sustainable goals.
ECP4 members have mobilized more than 230 projects supported by the European Commission, with an overall total budget of more than €400 million. This is the next step of the Bydgoszcz Industrial Cluster towards internationalization, which is one of the strategic goals of the Cluster.
