The FIT4FoF project organises its fourth, and last, Knowledge Exchange Workshop focusing this time on the analysis of skills and job profiles in the factory of the future.

This workshop will take place on Wednesday 27 October from 10 to 12:30 am.

During this workshop, it will be presented the gap and impact analysis of the competences and job profiles identified during the development of the project so the participants can learn about the approach to identify these skills. There will also be a short interactive session where it will be tested the upskilling analysis tool created by the partners of the Instituto Politécnico de Bragança within the FIT4FoF project, Skills4.0 - Upskilling Analysis Tool.

In addition, attendees will be able to learn about an industry case study where the approach presented was successfully applied. Finally, there will be a space for discussion and exchange of experiences between participants and consortium members.
