2 Partnership Strategy defines a joint strategy for the project duration (short term) and at the mid term 2024 2025 and long-term 2026-2028). The strategy builds on the synergies between the partners’ competences as well as on the shared needs of their members.
Overall, the strategy includes:
• The definition of collaboration objectives and collaboration areas
• The definition of responsibilities for each partner
• The definition of the management, internal communication and decision-making processes
• The definition of the joint services/ actions
