To get the full picture about why digitisation is the key to tomorrow’s safe and sustainable food production, you’re invited to join our S3FOOD study visits.This is your opportunity to see for yourself how some of the biggest food companies and living labs are already using smart sensors and the data they collect to benefit their business.
The first study visit will start in the capital of French gastronomy, Lyon. The study visit is divided into two days, and it is optional whether you wish to attend both events:
Wednesday 6 November 2019 – including visit to representatives from the thriving agri-food industry in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and smart sensor ideation session
Thursday 7 November 2019 – including a tour of the living lab at meat R&D specialist ADIV, Clermont Ferrand, hosted by the S3FOOD partner project Connsensys
