Ulla Engelmann

Dr. Ulla Engelmann, Head of Unit for Advanced Technologies, Clusters and Social Economy at the Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROWTH) of the European Commission shares her impressions from the high-level Regional and Economic Diplomacy Summit in Warsaw following her introduction of the EU Cluster Policy – Clusters as a Competitive Advantage of Regions. The event was organised on 9-10 September 2019 by the Polish Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology in collaboration with the Polish Clusters Employers' Association.
