Lukas Nögel is a consultant at VDI/VDE Innovation + Technology GmbH in Berlin. He is part of the team that is responsible for the implementation of the German cluster excellence program “go-cluster” on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.Lukas is among other things responsible for the contents of the Cluster Platform Germany.
In addition, he evaluates cluster management organisations during the acceptance process to be included in the program. He regularly analyses national and international cluster policies, designs training programs and on-demand services for cluster managements and publishes on current issues of cluster policy. He holds a Master of Science in Economics from the Free University Berlin
