Transilvania IT Cluster manager and Executive Director
Bianca Muntean is Transilvania IT Cluster manager and Executive Director of ARIES Transilvania. Additionally, she is founder and vice-president of Transilvania Creative Cluster. She is specialized in cluster policies and management.
She is known as a “bridger” for creating unique connections between fields apparently without any connection between them, thus creating projects and contexts which have brought Cluj in European attention as good practice. She is the recipient of Innovation Luminary Award in 2017 in the OI 2.0 event of the European Commission.
