Imago-Mol cluster will co-organize, for the third time, the national annual event of the specialists in nuclear imaging – “Nuclear Medicine Days – Iasi 2018”
“Nuclear Medicine Days – Iasi 2018” event will take place between 1st and 4th of November 2018 and will be organized by Romanian Nuclear and Molecular Imaging Society - SRMNIM, in collaboration with University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Grigore T. Popa” Iasi, North East Regional Innovative Cluster for Structural and Molecular Imaging (Imago-Mol), Society of Physicians and Naturalists from Iasi, Emergency County Hospital “St. Spiridon” Iasi and Regional Oncology Institute Iasi.
The event will be organized at national level, but with international participation and will include:
- A postgraduate course: Novelties in theragnostics nuclear Imagistics;
- Clinical cases sessions: Nuclear Imaging versus Unclear Imaging;
- A radioprotection symposium.
Focusing this year on the young specialists’ training within the field of radiotracers and SPECT/PET/CT/IRM techniques and defining the concept of „TheraGnostics” for personalized medicine, “Nuclear Medicine Days – Iasi 2018” represents the national annual event of the specialists in nuclear imaging. The event aims to create the opportunity for launching debates on the nuclear imaging advancements, also needed in Romania, within stimulating meetings, in which all the participants can have the chance to share ideas.
The activities will be delivered by personalities in the field, representing different institutions from Romania and the whole Europe. The target audience includes medicals doctors, medical physicists, technologists, students and other professionals in health sector as well as key decision actors. The event will include scientific exhibits of ultimate generation products of top companies in the field and entertainment events in order to continue the professional debates in a more pleasant environment.
The event will enable also the organization of a Working Group Meeting for Imago-Mol Strategic Agenda, activity realized within the project Increasing the excellence of the IMAGO-MOL Cluster by developing the RDI Strategic Planning Documents (CEX – IMAG) and financed by Ministry for Research and Innovation through PNCDI III. The aim of the meeting is to propose for debating the Strategic Agenda of the IMAGO-MOL Cluster.
