The European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP) is an action of the Cluster Internationalisation Programme for SMEs funded under COSME launched by DG GROW of the European Commission in 2016. The ECCP provides networking and information support for clusters and their members aiming to improve their performance and increase their competitiveness through trans-national and international cooperation.

Dear Madam/Sir,
Construction Machinery Cluster(ISIM) is a “Bronze Label” cluster and successfully completed a COSME Cluster Excellence Management Project (CLUSTEM) with clusters from Italy, Spain and UK as a consortia. We are highly experienced in EU projects especially under COSME programmes. We are seeking consortia partners in order to develop strategic partnership in different countries and with different sectors. Therefore, we would like to invite you to become an consortia partner under the new call of Cluster Go International.
Constrution Machinery Cluster (ISIM) is located in Ankara/Turkey. ISIM has 150 members and 20 supporting instutitions. ISIM has established in 2007.

We are TECES, the Slovenian Energy Cluster, that represents an internationally strong innovation cluster for the enhancement of partnerships development and the internationalization of member`s activities primarily in the field of green technologies and energy-efficient systems and solutions. Principal members are both tech provider and end-user-oriented companies, research and educational public institutes, professional panels and other members of current Slovenian innovative environment linked synergistically within the TECES cluster with the aim to provide innovative and up-to date solutions to the community with high societal and environmental impact. TECES strategy and vision are oriented towards improving competences and competitiveness of its members both at a national and international level mediated different actions. Lithuanian Automotive Export Association (LAuGEA) is a cross-sectoral business cluster, joining Lithuanian companies related to the automotive industry, and science representatives, founded in 2014. LAuGEA members are actively involved in international research and innovation program projects, international exhibitions and business missions, as well as collaborating with various companies, government agencies, non-governmental organizations, research and product development partners, and other institutions of similar activity. Research, development and innovation (R&D&I) activities are carried out by taking advantage of laboratories owned by cluster members and partners.

SUSTAINABLE INFRASTRUCTURE CLUSTER is the largest Polish cluster promoting and implementing affordable energy-saving construction technologies. It has been recognized as the Key National Cluster by the Ministry of Development since 2016. The Cluster consists of over 150 entities, including the largest universities in Cracow i.e. AGH University of Science and Technology, Cracow University of Technology, Jagiellonian University and many R&D institutes. Cluster members include also towns and municipalities interested in sustainable development.
Cluster members' products. Sustainable Infrastructure Cluster offers trainings, consulting and R&D services in the field of energy efficiency, innovative construction and building management systems. Cluster members provide a wide range of solutions for improving energy efficiency including: thermal upgrading, energy audits, air tightness tests, thermography tests.
