The brochure prepared by PwC EU Services, as part of the Skills for Smart Industrial Specialisation and Digital Transformation project for the Executive Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises (EASME) and the Directorate General for Industry, Growth & Internal Market (DG GROW) of the European Commission is a contribution to building a shared vision and strategy on skills for industry.
On 18 October 2019, 33 private and public sector experts of the European Commission's expert group on clusters met in Brussels. They had initial discussions on how to better use clusters as a strategic industrial policy tool.
