Forum of European Cluster Associations and Networks (FCAN) and the Forum of European Cluster Partnerships (FESCP) set up to boost cluster collaboration

The Forum of European Cluster Associations and Networks (FCAN) and the Forum of European Cluster Partnerships (FESCP) have been created to foster communication on the issues and subjects that matter most to clusters.

Establishing FCAN and FESCP has the main objective of supporting the building and development of communities of practice among cluster associations and among partnerships that will facilitate the exchange of activities and mutual learning among them, thus contributing to a better-connected, more collaborative cluster community.

The FCAN will act as a discussion platform across cluster association/network/meta-cluster, while the FESCP will act as a discussion platform across the European Cluster Partnerships (international-ESCP-4i, smart specialisation-ESCP-S3, excellence-ESCP-4x, and innovation-INNOSUP-1 and any forthcoming ones).

Following the needs expressed by the forum members, an initial ECCP FCAN webinar was held on 23 June on the subject of digitalisation which addressed the short term urgent challenges posed by the COVID-19 crisis that most companies and clusters face in these times related to teleworking, reaching customers online, hardware, cybersecurity, etc.

Online Forums are closed for the members and by invitation only. Please contact the ECCP team for more information.

Do you want to create your own group discussion? The forthcoming new ECCP website will enable you to create groups where discussions can be held, thus facilitating collaboration.
