AEI Tèxtils attended the EU-TAIWAN Cluster Collaboration Event which took place in Lyon on March 6th and 7th in the framework of Industry 4.0 International Days 2019 held during the Global Industrie Trade fair.   The event, organized by the European Cluster Collaboration Platform in representation of the European Commission, attracted over 200 participants, 23 of them were cluster representatives from different sectors at European level and 12 from Taiwan.   AEI Tèxtils met with several other clusters with the aim to generate synergies and opportunities for its own companies in different sectors of final applications for textile products in order to prepare for the business mission to Taiwan, scheduled by October 2019 in the framework of EU-TEXTILE2030.   During the first day, the ECCP organized a seminar to find synergies and identify opportunities of both markets for the delegates, including talks from high-level representatives of the European Commission and Taiwan, the different initiatives ongoing and success stories of collaboration between both markets, driven by clusters.   On the second day, a series of C2C meetings were organized by EEN in the morning and by ECCP during the afternoon session where the different delegates could meet and find opportunities. At the end of the day a debriefing session was held with the different EU delegates to evaluate the event and identify priorities for next actions.
