During the COVID-19 crisis, schools ande education instutions have shifted their lessons to the virtual classroom. Teemu Heino, digital transformation manager of the city of Pori, Finland, presented the implementation of digital education. Daily routines are achieved with regular video calls and individual working team. The pupils and teachers are equipped with with a teaching toolbox including digital books, productivity tools, assessment tools, communication tools and internet resources to effectively use the digital devices. 

What can we learn from this example throughout Europe? Does it make sense to create a European learning database/MOOC?
