The COVID-19 crisis will affect the cost of living, out of which house prices and rents represent a major proportion.

This is why Eurostat has published a study on the evolution of housing/renting from 2007 until 2019. 

Over the period 2007 until the fourth quarter of 2019, rents increased by 20.3% and house prices by 18.7%.
