The knowledge economy is falling short of the expectations as it only represents parts of society. For the future, we need a more inclusive idea of growth, with a new entrepreneurial genre, the social tech venture, at its core. The social economy can create new value chains in local ecosystems to re-build Europe´s economy in a different, more resilient and human-centered way. We need to collaborate with these actors instead of creating new entities, and bring different networks together.
