Together they prepared materials that can help all of us to find ourselves in this unique, not easy situation.

The experts there tell how they deal with remote working, leisure time and challenges, which until recently would have been called ordinary, grey everyday life.

They tell you how to better understand your emotions and reactions.

For example: Researchers associated with the University of Silesia in Katowice share their knowledge, help to understand the situation that has affected all of us and explain how they themselves participate in this difficult struggle by conducting scientific research. They also develop virtual tours of the surrounding area, share their artwork and advise on what to read, watch, write and listen to in their free time.
