The Enterprise Europe Network

The EEN brings together around 600 business support organisations from  more than 60 countries, to help small companies seize the unparalleled business opportunities in the EU Single Market. Member organisations include chambers of commerce and industry, technology centres, research institutes and development agencies which are inter-linked through a strong platform enabling them to share knowledge and source technologies and business partners across all Network countries.

The Network was launched in February 2008 by the Commission’s Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry and their services range covers:

- Support packages for innovative SMEs

- Technology transfer

- Access to finance

- Advice on EU law and standards

- Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs)

- Speak up on EU law

- Research funding

- Going international
