Summary and objectives

The specific objectives of the AUMENTA include:

  • To build international and cross-industry (X-Industry) trust and cooperation
  • To establish intercontinental network of ambassadors as a first step to smoothly enter into third countries markets and to facilitate and speed up process of finding the right partners for European SMEs and cluster to develop and produce globally competitive products and services;
  • To create coherent Partnership identity adapted to third countries together with joint promotion and communication strategy and its execution using traditional and digital means;
  • To generate intercluster products and service offer and showcase it digitally;
  • To prepare and train European SMEs to go international to selected third countries;
  • To wisely matchmake European and third countries partners at sectoral & crosssectoral, especially SMEs, via digital tools and face-to-face meetingd and mission at C2C and B2B level
  • To animate, facilitate and coordinate the signature of cooperation adn business agreements
  • To ensure additional funding for AUMENTA activities and sustainability;
  • To actively disseminate project activities at European and international level;
  • To learn and monitor project activities, promoting exchanges within and between ESCP Partnerships enabling cross-fertilization and learning from successful and unsuccessful experiences

  • Number of cluster organisations and business networks from different COSME participating countries having benefited from the supported actions – 5
  • Number of cooperation agreements resulting from the supported actions – 15
  • Number of business agreements resulting from the supported actions – 20
  • Number of events (workshops/ matchmaking events/ working group meetings) organised – 12
  • Number of cluster and business matchmaking meetings supported – 48
  • Number of SMEs having directly or indirectly benefited from the supported actions, resulting in cooperation projects – 30
  • Increase in the percentage of the turnover from international activities, and employment in Europe, of the SMEs having benefited directly and indirectly from the supported actions, as measured through a survey by the end of the action – 5%
  • Impact of the supported actions in terms of number of resulting cooperation projects between international cluster and business network partners – 3
