Capital Invention

Invento Capital creates and manages a seed/venture Capital fund, a private investor club and an accelerator. He cooperates and co-invests with Business Angels, Polish and foreign venture capital funds and industry investors.

He co-creates an ecosystem of innovators, scientists, entrepreneurs and Business Angels. It builds its strategic advantage on the synergy of action, based on the exchange of knowledge, experience and mutual inspiration for action and development.

Invento helps entrepreneurs build the value of their companies. It gives knowledge, mentoring, business contacts and supports entrepreneurs. Invento creates: The "Bridge Alfa" type fund was created in cooperation with the National Center for Research and Development. The capitalization of the Fund is PLN 36 million. We intend to invest in up to 30 companies and research and development projects of the Business Angels network, in which dozens of private investors who have the opportunity to implement investments among experienced entrepreneurs and managers of global corporations and who can co-invest with the Invento Capital fund, actively participate, the accelerator was created to help scientists and young companies create innovative products and technologies. It is a place where they can meet people who will complement their technological and business competences, gain new customers and increase sales.

He is looking for ideas and solutions that were impossible to implement yesterday. It unleashes potential, gives impetus and supports implementations. He believes that innovative ideas are never too many.

SkyBrook Venture Partners operates in the U.S. and European markets, bringing together startups and their right investors (VC, CVC, Family Offices, and more) to help build the right relationships. Podlaska Regional Development Foundation (PFRR) -  Podlaska Regional Development Foundation has been operating since 1994. The aim of the Foundation is to support the economic development of the region, including the development of entrepreneurship, in particular supporting micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. The Foundation manages programs to support entrepreneurs from EU funds and helps in obtaining aid funds for business ventures. The Foundation's offer also includes advisory services in connection with entering new foreign markets, loans, sureties (credit, bidding and proper performance of the contract) or capital investments. PFRR also provides services for entrepreneurs, including the search for new markets and potential partners for foreign cooperation, as well as co-organizes fairs, trade missions, B2B meetings, study visits and meetings with contractors, thanks to the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) center existing at the Foundation.

Podlaski Capital Fund (PFK) is one of the oldest venture capital funds operating in Poland. The fund was established in 1995 as part of the Polish-British Entrepreneurship Development Programme. PFK offers venture capital and private debt financing to companies. The financing can be used by both startups generating the first sales revenues, as well as companies in the growth and expansion phase. The maximum amount of involvement in one entity is PLN 1.5 million. The fund belongs to  the Podlasie Regional Development FoundationGroup, which also offers other financial services for SMEs, including preferential loans and bank loan guarantees.

Enterprise Europe Network is the world's largest network of business environment institutions supporting SMEs in activities related to access to finance, increasing competitiveness and internationalization. It brings together chambers of commerce, technology transfer centres, research institutes and development agencies that work together under the leadership of the European Commission.
