Under the Research & Innovation Framework Programme Horizon Europe, the European Commission has proposed a “Agriculture of Data’’ partnership.
A webinar on 26 May at 9:30 CEST aims to provide an overview on the current and future development of this partnership.
This webinar is useful for clusters in:
- sustainable agriculture
- earth observation
- data technologies
The webinar will start with a plenary session in the morning and move on to discuss dedicated topical sessions in the afternoon. The outcome of a recently conducted survey forms an important basis for this webinar.
The key aims of this partnership are to use the possibilities offered by data technologies in the fields of environmental observation and earth observation to:
- Improve the sustainability of agricultural production
- Improve capacities for policy development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
- address interests of the private and public sectors
