About us

CONSOLIDATE THE EFFORTS/RESOURCES OF ALL PLAYERS OF THE ORGANIC MARKET OF UKRAINE IN ORDER TO:

- increase the competitiveness of each company and sector as a whole,

- consulting support of agrofood cluster initiatives in the regions with organic component in order to build wide organic ecosystem in Ukraine - make all players visible on the national and international levels, - stimulate international cooperation, - improve the quality of organic education - develop entrepreneurship, export, sales and transfer to the Government organic business interests, - provide Ukraine's and the World's population with healthy, high-quality food products, - improve the welfare of the citizens, and - create conditions for the effective development of the agrarian and close to it sectors of the Ukrainian economy.

Five clusters from Eastern Europe who are passionate about food and committed to work together on boosting intersectoral innovations, opening new markets and helping SMEs access the global markets have created a  vibrant & pioneer cluster network called Eastern Europe Food Clusters Network committed to work together on boosting intersectoral innovations, opening new markets and helping SMEs access the global markets. 

Ukrainian Organic Cluster is a participant of the working group for organic and niche crops production development in Ukraine under the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.

By joining knowledge, experiences and different competences from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Ukraine, we aim to build new cooperation bridges and create new added values resulting from our unique interdisciplinarity, especially in terms of co-creating new, healthy & functional foods.

Non-profit organization in the organic sector, cluster shaped ecosystem, which unites organic market players in Ukraine, namely: producers and processors of organic products , suppliers of equipment, fertilisers and protecting materials, seeding material, logistics and law firms, market experts agronomists and consultants in agri-technologies, representatives of agrarian research and education institutions, in close cooperation with local authorities and public organizations, regional cluster initiatives, stimulating their holistic development, internal interaction and international cooperation.

Project name

PLEDDG Project is implemented by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) and financed by Global Affairs Canada. The project aims to strengthen Ukraine’s municipal sector by increasing capacities in 16 Ukrainian cities to advance local democracy and economic development. PLEDDG will also promote a green municipal environment for Ukrainian cities, trade and investment between Canada and Ukraine, and contribute to Canada-Poland coordinated engagement with Ukraine.
