In a rapidly changing world, strengthening European industrial ecosystems and their resilience is of crucial significance. Cluster organisations play a vital part in that regard and should thus have access to extraordinary learning experiences and boost competencies of their (cluster) managers, notably to deliver the green and digital transitions as well as by increasing resilience.
