Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing
SA&AM
Overview
About us
Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing supports strategic competences development in Automotive and Advanced Manufacturing. Global competition, supply chain disruptions, climate and technology challenges demand for new approaches in the way companies act in European and global value chains. Continuous process and production improvement, employee productivity and motivation, new technology competences and local supplier networks are key success factors to ensure resilience and business continuity.
SA&AM applies a bottom-up approach, which means that most of the cluster's activities meet the direct needs and challenges of cluster members. We bring together managers, team leaders, engineers, scientists and thematic experts to discuss and solve problems and to create practical solutions. We create opportunities for those who need and those who deliver to meet and join forces. Our aim is to make sure the Śląskie Voivodeship remains a strong Central European competence region in Automotive and Advanced Manufacturing.
