SBToolCZ is a sustainable building assessment and certification scheme which can be used to evaluate domestic properties (apartments, houses) and office buildings. This Czech tool is based on internationally recognised methods and contains reliable sustainable construction criteria in line with national norms and legislation for architects, designers and other interested parties to use.

The tool highlights the environmental impact of the building and identifies potential optimimisation options or other innovative solutions and technologies to reduce operating costs, improve user comfort and raise the building's green performance. The tool can also assess the social impact of buildings, and overall quality of sites in which construction is being considered.
