Clusters are invited to apply for the Call for tenders ‘Study on measuring product non-compliance’, published under the Market Surveillance programme.

The new Call, launched by the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA), forecasts a maximum budget of 320,000EUR for a contract lasting a maximum of 12 months.

Applicants will need to ensure their proposal focuses on the methodology for measuring and monitoring trends in non-compliance. They will also need to consider how they will perform the following key tasks:

• Desk research
• Data collection
• Data analysis
• Conclusions and recommendations

The Call aims to develop a study to test the application of this methodology and provide recommendations on its adaption, based on knowledge and ideas gained from targeted data collection across specific sectors and the EU Member States.
