JomKerja@NCER and JomNiaga@NCER are two programmes established by the Northern Corridor Economic Region's Implementation Autority (NCIA) to provide incentives to companies to create jobs and to re- and upskill workers resepectively. NCIA is committed to ensure resilience of businesses in the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER), especially in face of current economic challenges arising from the pandemic. These programmes are implemented under the NCER Strategic Development Plan (2021-2025) that outlines strategies and projections and is the basis for the implementation of projects and programmes under the 12th Malaysia Plan.
