The European Week of Regions and Cities is an annual four-day event during which cities and regions showcase their abilities to create growth and jobs
This year, the 19th edition of EURegionsWeek will be based on the theme of ‘Together for Recovery’ and will take place virtually from 11-14 October.
The event will include 300 sessions dedicated to:
- Cohesion - from emergency to resilience
- Green transition for a sustainable and green recovery
- Digital transition for people
- Citizens’ engagement for an inclusive, participative and fair recovery.
Based on the success of the 2020 event, the new event platform will encourage debate, keep communities connected, and help partners and participants exchange best practices on these four themes. There will be workshops, labs and info sessions that will discuss how regions and cities can help to build a more sustainable and inclusive society. There will also be networking opportunities.
