The 2021 edition of the World Manufacturing Forum (WMF) will focus on key emerging topics relevant to the resilience of manufacturing.
The forum has become one of the most relevant events in the sector to find innovative solutions and spread industrial culture worldwide.
This year the circular economy and how digital technologies can contribute to sustainability will be the key themes.
Participants will have the chance to learn about themes in manufacturing, thanks to streaming sessions, in-depth materials, videos, speaker-led discussions and interviews with experts from high-level international institutions, research organisations, and companies.
In the context of the WMF, EIT Manufacturing (an innovation community within the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT)) is organising 3 side events:

October 20: Klaus Beetz, CEO of EIT Manufacturing, will be participating in the panel session "People and Policies as Enablers for Long Term Resilience"
